We constructed a new house in Khumaltar, Lalitpur on the date of 2022/1/20. The project duration was 1 month. In the respective project our team designed and built the residence house in a very short time and in an effective way.

The house consists of all standard prefab materials provided by us. House is of 3 storied built in an area of 500 sq.ft . The house is also earthquake resistant and has a strong foundation.

The house is well ventilated along with all the necessary designs from interior designing of rooms to the outer roof design done by our interior designer team. The terrace has enough space for rooftop events and a household water tank. The house has well managed electrical wiring along with water pipes plumbing and management, thanks to our designing and engineering team.
